Perform diagnostic tests, determining issues down hole
Direct rig crews in drilling and other activities, such as setting up rigs and completing or servicing wells.
Repair or replace defective parts of machinery, such as rotary drill rigs, water trucks, air compressors, and pumps, using hand tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in field technical support or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing complex electromechanical or software systems.
- Proficiency in relevant diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and remote access technologies.

الملف المرغوب للمترشح
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، علوم الكمبيوتر، أو مجال تقني ذو صلة.
- خبرة مباشرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الدعم الفني الميداني أو دور مشابه يواجهه العملاء.
- خبرة مثبتة في استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح أنظمة كهربائية ميكانيكية معقدة أو أنظمة برمجيات.
- إتقان الأدوات التشخيصية ذات الصلة، ومعدات الاختبار، وتقنيات الوصول عن بُعد.
