• Operate the Egglayer concrete block-making machine independently and safely.

• Set up and adjust the machine according to required block sizes and specifications.

• Perform mould changes, mould alignment and machine adjustments for different products.

• Monitor concrete feeding, vibration, compaction and moulding throughout production.

• Ensure blocks meet required dimensions, density, strength, shape and finish standards.

• Identify and troubleshoot routine mechanical, hydraulic and operational faults.

• Carry out daily machine inspections, cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

• Coordinate with batching/mixing teams to maintain correct concrete consistency and production flow.

• Monitor machine performance and take corrective action to minimize downtime.

• Control material wastage and reduce rejected/damaged blocks.

• Maintain required daily production output and quality targets.

• Report breakdowns, maintenance requirements and recurring machine issues to the supervisor.

• Follow all factory health, safety and equipment operating procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating an Egglayer concrete block machine.

• Previous experience in a concrete block manufacturing plant is required.

• Proven ability to operate the machine independently.

• Strong knowledge of block moulding, vibration and compaction processes.

• Hands-on experience with mould changing, setting and alignment.

• Working knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic machine faults and production issues.

• Experience producing hollow blocks, solid blocks and different block sizes.

• Good understanding of concrete/block quality requirements.

• Basic preventive maintenance knowledge.

• Ability to work in a high-output factory environment and meet production targets.

• UAE/GCC block factory experience is preferred.

• Physically fit and willing to work shifts/overtime when production requires it.
