Job Details

  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities, ensuring the best quality and pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous pricing and delivery terms that align with company objectives.
  • Manage inventory levels by forecasting demand and collaborating with inventory management teams to avoid stockouts or excess stock.
  • Analyze supplier performance through key metrics and reports to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in a procurement role in Oil & Gas industry is desirable

  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

  • Experience working with APQP methodology and practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or equivalent in related field

  • APQP, AS9100, AS9145 Certification is desirable

  • Key Skills

  • Required to support the purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality while maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Understanding of Accounting or Finance                               

  • Comprehend Legal Documentation                         

  • Supply Change Management                     

  • Analytical skills
