• Perform periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that applicable systems continue to perform reliably.

• Maintain accurate project records and monitor the performance of equipment, notifying Team Leads of recurring issues. • Monitor graphic stations for error messages or alerts

• Ensure uninterrupted system operation,

• Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed

• Ensure timely response to attend and finish customer calls to meet service level agreements,

• Log errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks. • Monitor the performance of existing systems and identify potential upgrades/updates.

• Material coordination

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in servicing, commissioning, or maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) from major manufacturers.
• Certification in BMS operation or specific manufacturer training (e.g., Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical principles, and network communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
