Supervise daily ART bus operations and drivers.
Monitor safety, punctuality, routes and service quality.
Coordinate with control room and maintenance teams.
Handle passenger complaints and operational incidents.
Prepare daily reports and ensure SOP compliance.
Manage driver attendance, discipline and performance.
Ensure compliance with UAE transport and safety regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the art/creative industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing creative teams on complex projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard art software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
