About the Role
We are hiring an AI Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine-learning solutions for real-world business applications. The successful candidate will work with engineering and product teams to build reliable AI systems, improve model performance, and contribute to the development of scalable machine-learning applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy machine-learning and AI models. Build and maintain AI/ML pipelines for production applications. Work with structured and unstructured datasets. Develop and integrate AI solutions using Python and relevant ML frameworks. Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams. Implement model monitoring, testing, and documentation. Stay informed about relevant developments in machine learning and generative AI. Follow appropriate data privacy, security, and responsible-AI practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.2–6 years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML or software engineering. Strong Python programming skills. Practical experience with machine-learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow or PyTorch. Understanding of machine-learning algorithms, model evaluation, and data processing. Experience with SQL and/or cloud-based technologies is an advantage. Familiarity with APIs, Git, Docker, or CI/CD is a plus. Professional working proficiency in English. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the applicable European country, or the employer must provide an appropriate work authorization/relocation pathway where available.
Salary
Indicative salary: €45,000–€85,000 gross per year, depending on location, experience, skills, and employer. The final compensation package will be confirmed by the hiring employer and may vary by European country.
