Personal Assistant

Our client is a private residence located in the prestigious Palm Jumeirah.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support.

The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day activities of the employer, coordinate meetings, handle communication, and oversee travel and event planning. This role requires discretion, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, organize events, and manage travel arrangements.
  • Task Management: Create and manage to-do lists, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Information Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintain records, and manage files.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the employer and other parties, including clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book accommodations, and prepare necessary travel documents.
  • Personal Errands: Assist with personal errands, such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and making reservations.
  • Project Assistance: Support various projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and tracking progress.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate both business and personal events, ensuring all details are managed smoothly.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve issues that arise, often with little notice.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to handle both professional and personal tasks.


Additional Job Details:

  • This is a PA role for a private residence based in Dubai
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
