Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and service quality.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.

Fleet Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and management of the luxury vehicle fleet.
  • Coordinate with vendors for vehicle servicing, repairs, and upgrades.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise operational staff, including drivers and customer service representatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging professional growth and teamwork.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and recommend improvements.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Implement safety protocols for staff and customers, ensuring a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the luxury service or transportation industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
