Purpose of the role:
This role is part of our Dubai Regional Office (DRO) which covers the geographical scope from Southern Africa to the Indian Subcontinent. We are looking for a Ports & Terminals (P&T) Procurement Manager to join our team in Dubai. You will be in charge of procurement & supplier relationship management for the assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Develop models to analyze should costs, supplier offers, TCO/TVO to unlock opportunities of cost savings, value generation and optimization.
Ownership of all aspects of the portfolio – costs, performance, supplier relationship management, stakeholders, systems, compliance, documentation and housekeeping, communication materials. Keeping information up to date on internal tools and category playbooks.
Support and provide input to the leadership team, execution teams, head office teams to drive a red thread through local and global initiatives, improve synergies and implement global standards within contracts.
Create, evolve, and enhance stakeholder map – we work in a complex universe with internal plus external stakeholders, this role will be responsible to own that map for assigned portfolio.
Enhancing professionalization of the portfolio, including but not limited to, category playbooks, supplier relationship program, supplier performance & scorecards.
Profile & Qualifications:
7-10 years with Container Terminals, Ports, Shipping, Logistics in Procurement, Operation, Commercial capacity would be preferred.
