Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Female Telesales Executive with a strong background in outbound sales and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, handling high call volumes, and converting leads into successful sales. This role requires confidence, persistence, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualify leads and convert prospects into customers.
Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to close deals.
Record all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of telesales / telemarketing / inside sales experience.
Strong proven sales track record in outbound calling environments.
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience using CRM systems and call center tools.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Experience
Experience in high-volume call center environments.
Background in UAE sales market (telecom, real estate, insurance, education, or services preferred).
Experience working on commission-based incentive structures.

Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 5,000
Performance-based commission and incentives
Monthly/quarterly sales bonuses based on targets
