Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Female Telesales Executive with a strong background in outbound sales and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, handling high call volumes, and converting leads into successful sales. This role requires confidence, persistence, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Qualify leads and convert prospects into customers.

  • Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively.

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to close deals.

  • Record all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers.

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of telesales / telemarketing / inside sales experience.

  • Strong proven sales track record in outbound calling environments.

  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Experience using CRM systems and call center tools.

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in high-volume call center environments.

  • Background in UAE sales market (telecom, real estate, insurance, education, or services preferred).

  • Experience working on commission-based incentive structures.


Desired Candidate Profile

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 5,000

  • Performance-based commission and incentives

  • Monthly/quarterly sales bonuses based on targets

Notes

This role is strictly performance-driven. Candidates should be comfortable with target-based work culture and active outbound calling.
