Job Details

  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct aftermarket spare parts based on vehicle make, model, VIN, and specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommend suitable aftermarket products.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Participate in stock audits and inventory verification.
  • Prepare quotations and sales orders accurately.
  • Process customer orders efficiently through the ERP system.
  • Follow up on pending quotations and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to source specialized or non-stock aftermarket spare parts.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines where applicable.
  • Track procurement status and keep customers informed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with workshops, garages, fleet operators, traders, and corporate customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to increase repeat business.
  • Inspect received parts for quality and correctness.
  • Process warranty claims, returns, and exchanges as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding defective products and replacements.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Promote new product lines, offers, and marketing campaigns.
  • Upsell and cross-sell aftermarket automotive products.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of leading aftermarket brands.
