Roles & Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects across multiple entities
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Organize schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Support administrative and operational tasks as required
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Coordinate with other assistants and employees to ensure efficient workflow
Desired Candidate Profile
Native Arabic speaker (non-Arabic speakers will not be considered)
Excellent English communication skills
Proven experience supporting senior executives or high-net-worth individuals
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
Professional appearance and attitude
