Overview of the Role

Join Al-Futtaim Automotive as a Branch Sales Support Executive at Toyota Dubai Festival City. This opportunity is designed for a motivated UAE National looking to build a successful career within one of the region's leading automotive organizations.

In this role, you will support the sales team in delivering a seamless customer experience by coordinating vehicle deliveries, managing documentation, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day dealership operations. You will play a key role in helping the branch achieve its sales objectives while creating exceptional experiences for our customers.

 

What You Will Do

  • Support the sales team with vehicle documentation, invoicing, and delivery processes
  • Verify customer and financial documents to ensure accurate and timely transactions
  • Coordinate the preparation, display, and tracking of demo and display vehicles
  • Assist in maintaining accurate vehicle stock records and inventory management activities
  • Organize vehicle registration, transfer documentation, inspections, and related administrative tasks
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to a customer-first culture by supporting a smooth and professional sales journey

What Equips You for the Role

  • UAE National (Family Book required)
  • High School Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or retail operations is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Passion for building a career within the automotive industry
