General Responsibilities

  1. Participate in preparing studies, agreements, and regulatory frameworks for the workplace.
  2. Draft and approve legal statements regarding consultations and inquiries referred to the department.
  3. Provide legal opinions on issues referred to the department and offer advice and legal guidance.
  4. Prepare memos and documents related to lawsuits in which the organization is a party.
  5. Review and audit contracts and related projects referred by relevant authorities.
  6. Oversee the progress of lawsuits involving the organization in coordination with relevant parties.
  7. Study grievances and complaints in topics referred by relevant authorities.
  8. Contribute to drafting legislative bills, decisions, circulars, and instructions related to the workplace.
  9. Coordinate with the State Litigation Department on lawsuits involving the organization.
  10. Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure service delivery according to best standards.
  11. Perform any other related tasks as directed by the supervisor.


Skills

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in the same field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Training certifications in relevant areas.
  • Arabic speaker
