General Responsibilities
- Participate in preparing studies, agreements, and regulatory frameworks for the workplace.
- Draft and approve legal statements regarding consultations and inquiries referred to the department.
- Provide legal opinions on issues referred to the department and offer advice and legal guidance.
- Prepare memos and documents related to lawsuits in which the organization is a party.
- Review and audit contracts and related projects referred by relevant authorities.
- Oversee the progress of lawsuits involving the organization in coordination with relevant parties.
- Study grievances and complaints in topics referred by relevant authorities.
- Contribute to drafting legislative bills, decisions, circulars, and instructions related to the workplace.
- Coordinate with the State Litigation Department on lawsuits involving the organization.
- Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure service delivery according to best standards.
- Perform any other related tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in the same field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Training certifications in relevant areas.
