Operation Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Customer Support field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing quotations and forwarding them to clients.
  • Coordinate between the departments to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Responsible for the timely completion of the job as agreed with the customer
  • Maintaining and keeping all the files of their respective department as and when required
  • Assisting the Receiving and Dispatch department in checking the correctness of received goods on request or as per the requirement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales within the UAE.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent Written, and verbal communication skills & Interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to complete multiple assignments within a reasonable period, and meet deadlines
  • Strong technical knowledge of testing and measuring equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • In similar field: 01 to 02 years (Required)
