We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Customer Support field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Preparing quotations and forwarding them to clients.
- Coordinate between the departments to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Responsible for the timely completion of the job as agreed with the customer
- Maintaining and keeping all the files of their respective department as and when required
- Assisting the Receiving and Dispatch department in checking the correctness of received goods on request or as per the requirement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales within the UAE.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent Written, and verbal communication skills & Interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to complete multiple assignments within a reasonable period, and meet deadlines
- Strong technical knowledge of testing and measuring equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
