Key Accountabilities<br><br> Investigations- Assess internal investigations relating to fraud, misconduct, and compliance violations. Draft, review and update company incorporation documents, resolutions, Memorandum/Articles of Association, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, ancillary documents and any other related documents.
