We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and experienced 3-Ton Manual Pickup Driver to join our wedding and event team. The driver will be responsible for transporting event equipment, furniture, décor, flowers, staging materials, and other supplies safely and on time to various event venues across the UAE. The ideal candidate is punctual, physically fit, and willing to assist the operations team with loading, unloading, and event setup when required. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a manual 3-ton pickup truck in accordance with UAE traffic laws. Transport event equipment, furniture, décor, flowers, lighting, sound equipment, and other materials to and from event venues. Load and unload vehicles carefully to prevent damage to company assets. Assist the operations team with setup and dismantling of wedding and event equipment when needed. Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip and report any maintenance issues immediately. Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in excellent operating condition. Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on schedule. Verify delivery and collection checklists before leaving the warehouse and event venues. Secure all cargo properly during transportation. Maintain fuel records, mileage logs, and vehicle inspection reports. Follow company health and safety procedures at all times. Provide professional and courteous service to clients, venue staff, and suppliers. Be available to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overtime during peak event seasons. Support warehouse operations whenever there are no scheduled deliveries. Requirements Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Category 3 or equivalent permitting operation of a 3-ton vehicle). Minimum 2 years of experience driving a 3-ton truck in the UAE. Good knowledge of UAE roads and GPS navigation. Experience in the events, logistics, moving, or furniture industry is an advantage. Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment. Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. Good time management and organizational skills. Honest, dependable, and able to work under pressure. Flexible schedule with the ability to work long hours when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working for a wedding, event, production, or rental company. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. Familiarity with handling delicate décor, flowers, lighting, staging, and audiovisual equipment. Performance Expectations On-time deliveries and collections.
