Job Purpose<p>Our Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand team is responsible for conveying essence of Emirates Group. Support the Visual Services team in the overall production and distribution of video assets. Collaborate with the internal stakeholders, in consultation with the Visual Services Manager for the production of high-quality assets for brand and marketing, to bring the Emirates and dnata brands to life in the most powerful and authentic way possible given their unparalleled understanding of the brand guidelines, production expertise and technical knowledge to comply with industry best practices.</p><br><br><p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand the brief, define the post-production scope, develop a creative solution and deliver the video project on time with consistency in high quality and creativity as per the brand guidelines.</li><li>Assist with the camera, sound and lighting set up within the in-house Studio, extending logistics and production support to facilitate the filming requirements for corporate leadership messages, internal communications and media interviews with senior management.</li><li>Organise the CCMB asset library consisting of historical information and digital data. Ensure the archiving system enables sorting, searching and retrieval of video files for distribution. Develop a catalogue, independently and proactively, to maintain a record of the Group's historical information for future reference.</li><li>Maintain the in-house editing systems by backing up the editing platform every week to optimise the internal storage capacity for ongoing projects. Renew paid subscriptions of all media applications annually with approval from the Visual Services Manager.</li><li>Research, recommend and initiate the assessment of the in-house production and post-production equipment to put forward feasible recommendations for the Visual Services Manager to prepare a business case to upgrade / replace hardware and software. The recommendation should be based on technical specifications in comparison with professional broadcast standards, ensuring the quality of assets created and distributed conforms with current industry standards for all online and offline media.</li><li>The primary responsibility is to handle CCMB?s post-production requirements as the video editor using editing tools available in-house to create video content in consultation with stakeholders. This involves selecting the best quality footage to develop a video timeline, creating visual effects and motion graphics, syncing audio with video, colour balance and mix the media sources to enhance the quality. The video editor may assist with recording voiceovers, sourcing music tracks and sound to finish and deliver the video project for viewing and ultimately for broadcast as per the required specifications.</li><li>Develop best practice guidelines to share video templates with production partners, ensure the brand idents, typography, graphics and any b-roll footage supplied is applied correctly as per brand and product standards. We're looking for a highly creative, agency-level Video Editor who is fluent in English and Arabic and is passionate about creating world-class content that stands out.<br>What You'll Do<br>Edit premium commercial, corporate, social media, event, and promotional videos.<br>Create fast-paced, engaging content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, and digital campaigns.<br>Work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life with strong storytelling and pacing.<br>Perform color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and finishing.<br>Integrate AI tools into editing workflows to improve creativity, efficiency, and production quality.<br>Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.<br>Stay ahead of global editing trends, transitions, storytelling techniques, and social media formats.<br>Requirements<br>5+ years of professional editing experience, preferably within a creative agency or production house.<br>Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).<br>Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.<br>Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Media Encoder).<br>Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, Chat GPT, Kling, Veo, Eleven Labs, or similar platforms.<br>Excellent understanding of motion graphics, typography, pacing, color grading, and audio mixing.<br>Ability to work independently while collaborating with designers, producers, and account managers.<br>Strong creative eye with attention to detail.<br>Experience editing content for premium brands is a strong advantage.<br>What We're Looking For<br>We're not looking for someone who simply edits videos, we're looking for a creative storyteller who understands branding, social media, and visual communication at an agency level. You will cut and finish a bilingual educational video series: edits, motion graphics, bilingual titles and subtitles, and accessibility versions, at a consistent visual standard.<br>Role Description ●Edit lesson films from raw footage to final delivery in both language versions ● Build motion-graphic explainers and on-screen text in Arabic (RTL) and English ● Finalise AI-drafted subtitle files to broadcast quality in both languages ● Produce cut-downs, social versions and accessibility variants ● Manage the delivery pipeline, naming, and archive discipline<br>Qualifications● 4+ years editing (Premiere/DaVinci) and motion (After Effects) ● Portfolio with bilingual or Arabic-language deliverables ● Arabic reading proficiency for subtitle and title QC ● Fast, organised, feedback-friendly
