<p>Freelance Creative Content Designer & Video Editor</p><p><strong>Project-Based / Freelance | Al Ain, UAE</strong></p><p>We are looking for a highly creative and experienced <strong>Freelance Creative Content Designer & Video Editor</strong> to support the development of a marketing and advertising campaign for an upcoming destination project in Al Ain.</p><p>This role requires more than graphic design. We are looking for someone who can <strong>develop creative concepts, build visual stories, and transform ideas into engaging short-form video and social media content.</strong></p><p>The freelancer will support the project from the <strong>teaser and pre-launch stage through launch and ongoing promotional content.</strong></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Develop creative campaign concepts and visual storytelling ideas.</p></li><li><p>Create <strong>teaser and pre-launch content</strong> that builds curiosity and anticipation.</p></li><li><p>Develop storyboards and visual concepts for short-form videos.</p></li><li><p>Create and edit engaging <strong>Reels and short-form videos</strong> for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other digital platforms.</p></li><li><p>Develop campaign graphics, social media posts, stories and digital advertising materials.</p></li><li><p>Create <strong>motion graphics, animated typography and visual effects</strong> where required.</p></li><li><p>Support the development of campaign <strong>Key Visuals and overall visual direction</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Turn project features, attractions and experiences into engaging visual stories.</p></li><li><p>Create different versions and formats of content for organic social media and paid advertising.</p></li><li><p>Support photography and video-shoot planning, including shot lists and creative direction.</p></li><li><p>Edit and adapt footage provided by the project team when required.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the project team from concept development through final delivery.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Required Skills & Experience</p><ul><li><p>Strong portfolio in <strong>creative social media campaigns, graphic design and video content</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience creating <strong>Reels, short-form videos and promotional content</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of <strong>storytelling, teaser campaigns and audience engagement</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong graphic design and visual composition skills.</p></li><li><p>Video editing and post-production experience.</p></li><li><p>Experience with tools such as <strong>Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects</strong>, or equivalent professional software.</p></li><li><p>Motion graphics skills are highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of current social media trends and platform-specific content formats.</p></li><li><p>Ability to develop ideas independently and translate a brief into creative visual content.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work on multiple content formats and meet agreed deadlines.</p></li></ul><p>Preferred Background</p><p>Previous experience in one or more of the following would be an advantage:</p><ul><li><p>Tourism and destination marketing</p></li><li><p>Events and entertainment</p></li><li><p>Family attractions</p></li><li><p>Hospitality</p></li><li><p>Lifestyle campaigns</p></li><li><p>Launch / pre-launch campaigns</p></li><li><p>Outdoor or experiential projects</p></li></ul><p>Location Requirement</p><p><strong>Applicants must currently be based in the UAE.</strong></p><p>The work may be handled remotely for certain tasks; however, the selected freelancer must be <strong>available to visit Al Ain when required</strong> for project meetings, site visits, content planning, photography or video production.</p><p>Applicants based outside the UAE will not be considered for this project.</p><p>Portfolio Requirement</p><p><strong>A relevant portfolio is mandatory.</strong></p><p>Applicants should provide:</p><ul><li><p>Portfolio / Behance / website link</p></li><li><p>Examples of <strong>Reels and short-form videos</strong></p></li><li><p>Examples of graphic design and social media content</p></li><li><p>Examples of campaign concepts or storytelling work, if available</p></li><li><p>Current UAE location</p></li><li><p>Availability</p></li><li><p>Expected freelance / project rate</p></li></ul><p><strong>Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.</strong></p><p>Engagement Type</p><p><strong>Freelance / Project-Based</strong></p><p>The initial engagement will focus on campaign development and content creation, with the possibility of continued collaboration based on project requirements and performance.</p>
