<p>The Slickline Assistant Operator supports slickline operations for oil and gas wells, both onshore and offshore in the UAE. Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). <p>To manage all the administrative and HR functions of outsourced staff, including recruitment and staff placement in liaison with the Client.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure positive image of employer</li><li>Sourcing & recruitment of staff, including liaison with MS Management, management & employment agencies where necessary, interviewing, screening & short listing candidates & arranging interviews.</li><li>Work on the smooth transit of new joiners in the company.</li><li>Supervision of staff in terms of time and attendance, leave, annual tickets and other personal details.</li><li>Counseling of staff & problem solving where necessary.</li><li>Maintenance of Personnel Files, including liaison with Head Office for Immigration and Labour procedures.</li><li>Maintaining Annual Leave & Sick Leave schedules & relevant liaison with client .</li><li>Liaising with Client annually regarding staff bonuses & increments.</li><li>Work on improvement processes and liaise with staff.</li><li>Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and highlight ambiguity.</li><li>Liaise with the client on new joiners, leavers, changes in terms of office spacing and other logistics.</li><li>Manage Monthly payrolling and invoicing through client portals</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Experience minimum 5 years</li><li>Excellent communication skills, PC hands on exposure.</li><li>Can work independently</li><li>Well aware of the labor laws</li><li>Can lead a team/ peoples person</li><li>Ability to work in a multi-cultural, work change environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
