Conduct start-ups of Nalco treatment applications after outages/ downtime. Provide technical support to Site Engineer to identify and resolve customer challenges, escalating as required. Support in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing optimally. Actively support Nalco innovations and technology where you provide service support. Support Site Engineer to ensure treatment program performance is always within limits. Build a culture of partnership based on Win-Win outcome at customer site. Supports and is committed to Nalco's Safety and Quality Process with dictated PPE used for all activities. Services assigned account to maintain programs KPIs, Business Process related documentation, proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Technical degree in Science or Engineering preferred. Must have strong mechanical aptitude. Proactive, disciplined and forward thinking. Autonomous self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English.
