O Box 3467<br><br>Job Description:<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Key Responsibilities <br><br>Conducts safety checks at all points before initiating job at the client site. Performs the cleaning, lubrication and testing of the over speed governor. Checks the static balancing of the units, correcting over balance in the counterweights and adjusting final limits, under the guidance of a Senior Adjustor/Adjustor. Lubricates the Safety Action Mechanism and tests it according to the defined procedures. Performs under guidance the installation of door skates and sets door locks after driving the product through inspection mode and stopping at every landing and checking all bolts and fasteners for correct tightness. Performs unit safety check by travelling the car top through the shaft checking interference between moving parts, cabin, counterweight or any other piece of equipment. Checks all electrical operation of unit including car door, buttons and intercom. Escalates concerns at job sites to the Supervisor including filling out the NCR, process infractions and safety issues. Sets all contact parameters in the controller and puts the lift in normal operation. Adjusts the acceleration and deceleration and ride quality as per OTIS recommended standards in manual. Inspects the motor pit and escalator steps for any construction debris and cleans them, if necessary, as per the safety guidelines. Tests the escalator by removing the comb at both ends plates and hand, winds the motor for one complete cycle of travel to ensure there are no obstructions that might damage the steps or handrails. Carry out Banking/Signalman duties as and when required The Rigger is responsible for attaching and detaching the load to and from the crane The Rigger is also responsible for the selection of the correct lifting arrangement in accordance with planned lifting operations and to check them before use Check that the lifting equipment being used is in good condition, certified for use, correctly colour coded, and of sufficient capacity to carry out the lift The directing and movement of the crane/load is initiated by the Rigger/slinger using the designated signaling method Ensure at all times that the load is under complete control by the use of tag lines, or whatever assistance is deemed necessary Able to establish weights and the effect of the center of gravity, and to balance loads and judge distances, heights, and clearances Ensure that no load is to be lifted where the weight is not stated or unknown Participate in the planning and risk assessment of all routine and up to non-routine complicated crane-lifting operations associated with the day-to-day running of the client platforms Have sufficient general engineering knowledge of loose lifting equipment to carry out daily inspection routines Be multi-skilled in other platform duties including operating firefighting equipment and undertaking fire standby and deck duties, when required Complete reports, lifting operation risk assessments, logs and other documentation, as required Assist in maintaining all lifting appliances including cranes in clean and tidy condition Maintain loose lifting equipment in a safe and operable condition Carry out pre-use inspection of loose lifting equipment Carry out minor repairs to loose lifting equipment i.e., repair of safety catches In line with clients or company Bi-annual lifting equipment campaign, assist TPI with inspection & re-certification of loose lifting equipment Assist Crane Operator Maintainer & Maintainers in carrying out routine maintenance duties, acting as maintenance technician where required. <br><br><br>Requirements<br><br>Riggers shall be able to read and write English fluently; they shall be experienced, fully trained and wholly competent in the rigging duties associated with offshore crane operations & shall:A minimum 21 years of age Educated to a minimum qualification of higher secondary school certificate or equivalent qualification Have a minimum of 5 years offshore experience Shall be trained and be assessed every 2 years through Company qualified assessor approved by COMPANYCompetent by approved ADNOC TPA skills assessor against the criteria for Level 3 rigging competency preferred. Competent by approved ADNOC TPA skills assessor against the criteria for Banksman/Signaler competency preferred Competent by approved ADNOC TPA skills assessor against the criteria for Overhead Crane Operator competency preferred. The Rigger shall also have adequate understanding of the capabilities and limitations of each crane about offshore operations. Main Functions:<br><br>Fundamental in driving up the technical standards and capabilities of the company. Collaborates with colleagues and management to review departmental progress and technical needs. Consistently researches technological developments and cascades information down to the team and up to management. Assists the Head of Discipline in the design, updating and implementation of thorough training programs at all levels. Works closely with the Head of Discipline in identifying the suitability of existing inventory of kit in the warehouse and making appropriate recommendations. Training and supervising Engineers, Technicians and Crew on operation of equipment and through tasks. Working as part of a team on and off site. Configuring equipment at exceptional levels. Having an advanced understanding/knowledge of all equipment and keeping up to date with latest fixtures and technology within the industry. Learning new equipment quickly and teaching the team how to operate, hang and inspect them properly. Leading by example and maintaining a consistent performance at all times. Interacting directly with clients on site in a customer-oriented manner. Running shows of all sizes, both operation and site management, and leading a team of Technicians and Crew on site. Running a project and team at department level in the absence of a Project Manager or Head of Discipline. Having a thorough understanding of the department’s equipment, assists Project Managers in planning for projects and the specification of equipment, with an emphasis on matching a creative brief. Actively offers substitutions or alternatives and additional ideas, where possible or necessary, through extensive stock knowledge, without compromising the creative elements of the project. Produces pre-production paperwork to the highest quality standards, including, but not limited to, plots (2D & 3D), design renders, DMX patches, network schematics, power hook-ups and electric load calculations, whenever necessary. Providing a good level of support to the HOD. Notifying Head of Department of all defect fixtures. Cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping and repairing equipment prior to job. Monitoring and repairing equipment during shows and any required fault finding. Identifying and correcting equipment failures according to set standards. Performing repairs up to and including high-end equipment depending on severity of issue. Building and installing equipment on site unsupervised, according to designated layout. Setting up and operating systems/equipment. Loading and unloading of equipment. Cleaning of equipment after shows and storing properly. Rigging and de-rigging of all equipment safely . Performing annual inventory of eclipse equipment as per the set procedures in place. Adhering to health and safety regulations and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment. Job Purpose : -<br>Operate and engineer client Data Loss Prevention controls under the direction of the DLP Specialist. The role performs platform administration, incident triage, policy implementation, testing, health monitoring, troubleshooting and evidence management across Forcepoint DLP, Microsoft Purview and connected data protection technologies.<br>Primary Responsibilities : -<br>Monitor DLP alert queues and triage incidents across endpoint, email, network, Microsoft 365 and cloud/Saa S channels. Validate incident context, policy match, data sensitivity, user activity and business justification; escalate high-risk cases promptly. Implement approved DLP policy changes, classifiers, thresholds, actions, exceptions and user notifications under change control. Execute test cases for monitor, coach, justify, quarantine and block actions before production deployment. Administer Forcepoint DLP components, endpoint agents, discovery tasks, connectors, policy deployments and system health checks. Support Microsoft Purview DLP, Endpoint DLP, sensitivity label integration and Activity/Content Explorer investigations. Investigate agent/connector failures, policy deployment issues, false positives, workflow errors and performance problems. Maintain allowlists, dictionaries, keyword lists, fingerprints, EDM datasets and detection patterns as approved. Create and update incidents, service requests, changes and problem records in the ITSM platform; meet agreed SLAs. Capture complete evidence, actions, approvals, communications, timestamps and closure rationale for audit readiness. Prepare operational reports covering alert volumes, policy hits, false positives, open cases, endpoint coverage and service health. Support DLP policy tuning, business-unit pilots, user communication and remediation validation. Follow least privilege, dual-control, data minimization and confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive data.<br>Skills / Certifications: -<br>Forcepoint DLP Administrator training SC-400 or equivalent Microsoft Purview training Comp TIA Security+ or equivalent ITIL Foundation (advantage) Soft skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, Analytical thinking and problem solving.
