<p>We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join the well-established team of a very high profile UHNW, based in UAE and manage the day requirements of the family and concerned individual. This role will of course be privy to highly confidential and sensitive information and you will become an intrinsic part of the family’s life. It is a position of trust and discretion, and we are seeking candidates who can demonstrate loyalty and commitment to their previous employers. Candidates who have short term positions on their CV’s will not be considered.
Although the role manages the private business and personal interests of the family, it is important that the candidate has had significant interaction with UHNW individuals, celebrities and / or political figures / media personalities and understands the nuances of discretion required when working in these circles. You should be collaborative in your approach and have an extensive network of contacts and concierge services both locally and throughout the UAE and internationally.
There is considerable travel in this role and hence we are seeking an individual who is career focused, with no external commitments and can exhibit 24/7 dedication, which will be well rewarded.
The responsibilities are diverse and significant; private travel / personal holiday research and full logistical support, personal diary and social event management, managing extensive household staff across multiple properties worldwide, renovation and maintenance schedules on all properties, art collections, insurance policies, full household inventory management, managing security detail, driver’s schedules, and extensive personal shopping requests and private banking requirements, with lawyers and private bankers.
