<br><ul><li><p>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of AC and HVAC systems.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose AC faults and identify mechanical, electrical, and cooling issues.</p></li><li><p>Service and repair <strong>Split AC, Ducted Split, Package Units, FCU and AHU systems</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Perform AC general servicing and deep cleaning of filters, coils, blowers and drain lines.</p></li><li><p>Check refrigerant pressure and carry out gas charging/top-up when required.</p></li><li><p>Detect and repair refrigerant and water leakage issues.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot compressors, motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, sensors and control components.</p></li><li><p>Carry out FCU drain flushing and rectify drainage/blockage issues.</p></li><li><p>Perform vacuuming, pressure testing and commissioning of AC systems.</p></li><li><p>Install and replace AC units, copper piping, insulation and drainage lines where required.</p></li><li><p>Inspect equipment and provide clear technical reports regarding faults and recommended repairs.</p></li><li><p>Attend breakdown and emergency maintenance calls.</p></li><li><p>Maintain tools, equipment and materials properly.</p></li><li><p>Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate professionally with supervisors, clients and other technicians on site.<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>Minimum <strong>2–3 years of UAE/GCC experience</strong> as an HVAC / AC Technician preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of AC servicing, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with FCU, AHU, Split AC, Ducted Split and Package AC systems.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of refrigerant systems, electrical controls and AC drainage systems.</p></li><li><p>Ability to independently diagnose faults and recommend solutions.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and use HVAC testing equipment.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and customer service skills.</p></li><li><p>Physically fit and comfortable working on villas, apartments and commercial sites.</p></li><li><p>UAE driving licence is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration or a related technical field is preferred.<br></p></li></ul><p>Preferred Candidate</p><p>We are looking for someone <strong>responsible, technically strong, punctual, and capable of handling AC maintenance calls independently</strong>, while maintaining a professional standard of workmanship and customer service.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training or an associate's degree in HVAC technology strongly preferred.</li><li>Hold EPA Section 608 certification (Universal, Type I, II, and III) for refrigerant handling.</li><li>Have 3-5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.</li></ul>
