About Tabby:

Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the Role:
Long before wire transfers and SWIFT codes, there was hawala. A merchant in Basra handed money to a broker, and a relative in Cairo collected it days later from a different broker who had never seen the cash. The whole thing ran on trust and a ledger settled later between people who knew each other's names.
Twelve centuries on, the Gulf is still where the world's money crosses borders. The UAE is the second largest remittance market on earth, and for millions of people here, sending money home is the most important financial thing they do all month. But the trust has drained out of it. People check three apps, compare rates, wait for a good day — doing the work the system should be doing for them. Trusting someone with your money should mean not having to check. A fair rate every time, and the flexibility to send on the day it's needed.
Tabby is already in millions of pockets across the UAE, which puts us in an unique position to do something about it. We're adding global transfers to the same app people trust, and we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take it to market.

Key Responsibilities

Own go-to-market for global transfers — positioning, messaging, launch sequencing, and corridor-by-corridor planning.

Understand the sender, not just the shopper. Many of these people already use Tabby, but sending money home is a different act from buying something, with different stakes, triggers and anxieties. You'll do the research, quant and qual, and bring back insight sharp enough to change what we build, not just what we say.

Turn existing customers into senders, and senders into habitual ones. You'll work with lifecycle, performance and product on the sequencing that gets a first transfer done and the second one to follow.

Build memory around the moments that trigger a transfer — rather than defaulting to the rate-and-offer marketing this category runs on.

Deploy a marketing budget across channels and incentives, and be accountable for what it returns.

Know the competitive landscape better than anyone here, and make that knowledge useful rather than decorative.

Work with brand studio, performance, lifecycle and product to get work made and shipped.

Measure honestly — incrementality over attribution, repeat behaviour over one-off volume, and a clear view on which numbers matter and which are theatre.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

5+ years in consumer product marketing or growth, where you owned outcomes rather than assets

Launched a new product into an established category and found an angle that wasn't price

Can take something structurally complex — FX, fees, settlement times, limits — and make it clear and trustworthy without becoming misleading

Comfort with data: sizing a market, reading a cohort curve, designing a holdout, telling a real result from a flattering one

Strong writing. Most of this job is arguments and words

Real cross-functional range — holds their own with product and engineering, briefs a creative team well

Deep familiarity with the UAE and the communities that live and work here

Fintech experience is a plus, especially payments or anything regulated.

Job Benefits

Relocation Support

We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well at times that suit you and your team.

A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one.

You should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career.

Participation in the company’s employee stock options (ESOP) program.

Health Insurance.

Flexi Perks: a monetary benefit to spend on what matters most to you — health, well-being, education, or professional development.

01. ABOUT THE COMPANY
Dizzaract is a product-driven company operating at the intersection of gaming, digital platforms, and AI. We build and scale multiple products, including FAR Labs & Gamed — each exploring a different space, yet united by a shared approach: moving fast, staying curious, and focusing on things that people actually use. We operate as a collaborative, non-hierarchical team where ideas are valued based on their impact, not their origin, and where AI is embedded across everything we build, from infrastructure to product decisions.
02. ABOUT THE ROLE
FAR Labs is building an AI-native engineering organisation where AI is embedded into how we design, build, test, and operate products. You’ll help define what a high-performing engineering team looks like when every engineer is deeply AI-enabled — and continuously improve how we work as these tools evolve.
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to strengthen the FAR Labs engineering organisation and work directly with our CTO & Co-Founder. This role sits between engineering, product, and business. You will own the day-to-day effectiveness of the engineering organisation: team structure, delivery, engineering processes, performance management, hiring, and development of the team.
Your role is to make sure the engineering organisation executes around that direction effectively — with clear ownership, strong teams, predictable delivery, and high engineering standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands technology deeply, can challenge senior engineers and technical leads, and knows how to build an engineering environment where people perform and grow.
03. WHO YOU ARE
Experienced Engineering Leader: You have a strong software engineering background combined with several years of experience leading engineering teams, senior engineers, and technical leads. Technically Credible: You understand modern software architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, reliability, and software development practices well enough to challenge technical decisions and support strong engineers. Execution-Focused: You know how to turn business and product priorities into clear engineering plans, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep teams moving toward releases. People Manager: You are comfortable with hiring, performance management, development conversations, difficult feedback, team changes, and creating clear expectations for engineers. Systems Thinker: You naturally look at team structure, processes, ownership, communication, and delivery as connected parts of one engineering system. Product & Business Mindset: You understand that engineering exists to solve real product and business problems, and you can communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Builder: You are comfortable creating processes and structures from scratch rather than relying on established corporate systems.
04.
