<p><strong>Job Summary</strong> We are seeking an experienced and dynamic <strong>Call Centre Manager</strong> to lead and oversee our multi-functional call centre operations. The team consists of approximately <strong>12 agents</strong> handling Sales, Student Retention, Cancellations, Customer Happiness, and other customer support functions.
