You will deliver high-quality “right first time” product evaluation, achieving client satisfaction and achieving company commercial targets.<br><br>The position involves management of client certification projects, reviewing of relevant standards and ensuring changes are transitioned and delivered accordingly. You will be working closely with clients and other scheme owners, reviewing reports and performing assessment for the recommendation and issue of certification across various schemes for products that include Fire Extinguishers, Fire Blankets, Sprinkler Systems, Hose Reels and other suppression systems.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>As a Certification Manager you will plan, prioritise and supervise your own work to ensure: -<br><br>Technical support of Contract Reviews and ensuring applications are set up correctly Certification applications are processed timely and effectively Technical reports are reviewed timely and effectively Certification recommendations are made when in ownership of the project Fee-earning project utilisation is maximised Delivery of projects to customer expectations and deadlines Provide policy and authoritative input on technical, regulatory and procedural issues<br><br><br>Person Specification<br><br>2-3-years previous experience related to the certification or assessment of fire equipment / suppression systems (Essential) Knowledge of ISO 17065 compliance requirements for certification Familiarity with reading and understanding Standards Experience with BS EN 3, BS EN 1869, BS EN 9251, BS EN 12845, BS EN 671-1 or BS EN 694 standards is highly desirable. Revenue Manager Location: Dubai, UAEProperty: The Dubai EDITION<br>About the Role The Dubai EDITION is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Revenue Manager to lead the property's revenue optimisation strategy. This role is responsible for maximising hotel profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, distribution optimisation and demand generation across all market segments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical expertise, a deep understanding of luxury hospitality markets and a proven track record of driving ADR, Rev PAR, occupancy and market share growth within internationally recognised hotel brands.<br>Key Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Commercial Performance Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximise hotel profitability and market share. Drive performance across all revenue streams including transient, corporate, group, wholesale, leisure and online segments. Optimise pricing, inventory allocation and distribution strategies based on demand patterns and market conditions. Identify revenue opportunities and implement tactical initiatives to improve ADR, Rev PAR and occupancy performance. Lead demand management initiatives and ensure effective yield strategies are in place. Forecasting, Budgeting & Business Planning Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenue forecasts. Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning process. Analyse performance against budget and forecast targets, identifying variances and corrective actions. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve financial performance and profitability. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Monitor market trends, competitor activities, local events, seasonality and economic factors impacting hotel demand. Conduct regular benchmarking using STR reports and market intelligence platforms. Evaluate hotel positioning and recommend strategies to enhance market penetration and competitive advantage. Identify emerging trends and business opportunities within the luxury hospitality sector. Distribution & Channel Optimisation Manage and optimise all distribution channels to maximise revenue contribution and profitability. Oversee OTA performance, channel mix and distribution costs. Ensure rate integrity, rate parity and inventory accuracy across all booking platforms. Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing and E-Commerce teams to enhance online revenue generation. Reporting & Analytics Produce detailed revenue performance reports and strategic insights for hotel leadership. Analyse key performance indicators including ADR, Rev PAR, Occupancy, MPI, ARI and RGI. Monitor booking pace, pickup trends, cancellation patterns and future demand. Present commercial recommendations and business strategies to senior management. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Finance teams to drive commercial success. Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, company policies and revenue management best practices.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline. Revenue Management certification is highly desirable.<br>Experience Requirements Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in Hotel Revenue Management. At least 3–5 years in a Revenue Manager position within a luxury hotel or internationally recognised hospitality brand. Experience in lifestyle luxury hospitality is highly preferred. Previous GCC/UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
