Implementation & Onboarding Specialist — Smart Check-in H2O Hospitality · Abu Dhabi, UAE · Full-time, on-site<br>About the programme H2O Hospitality is the implementation partner for Abu Dhabi's Smart Check-in programme — the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) initiative bringing a digital, mandated guest-arrival experience to every licensed hotel in the Emirate. It's one of the largest hospitality-technology rollouts in the region, and we're scaling the team that delivers it on the ground.<br>The role You'll work alongside our Abu Dhabi Account Manager to onboard hotel properties onto the platform — end to end, one property at a time, across the full Emirate portfolio. <br>What you'll own Guiding each property through the onboarding journey — Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for hotel GMs, IT directors, and front office managers throughout their onboarding. Coordinating with our Seoul-based product and engineering teams on configuration, integration issues, and escalations. Keeping onboarding status, blockers, and timelines accurately tracked and reported so the wider programme team always knows where each property stands.<br>What we're looking for Direct experience in UAE hotel operations — front office, IT, or property management systems. Comfort sitting between operations and technology — able to talk to a GM about guest experience and to an engineer about an integration in the same afternoon. Strong organisation. You'll have many properties in flight at different stages and you'll need to keep every one of them moving. Fluency in Korean and English.<br>Why Korean matters H2O is a Korean company. Our product, engineering, and leadership teams work daily between Seoul and Abu Dhabi. <p>• Plan, manage, and execute metal fabrication and cladding projects from initiation to final handover. • Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, and monitor progress against project milestones. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. • Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and installation teams. • Monitor fabrication, material procurement, logistics, and site installation activities to ensure timely project execution. • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements. • Manage project costs, variations, claims, and change orders while maintaining profitability. • Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.</p><p>• 5–10 years of UAE experience in metal fabrication / cladding projects • Proven experience managing projects from planning to completion • Strong knowledge of project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination • Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and client requirements • Ability to monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</p>
