Work closely with the Licensing, Client Relations, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client records using the company's CRM system. Stay up to date with UAE business regulations, licensing requirements, and market developments. Attend conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to promote the company's services and attract new business opportunities.<br>What We're Looking For<br>Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative sales, preferably in the UAE. Experience in UAE free zones, company formation, corporate services, or government-related services is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and a genuine interest in helping businesses establish and grow their presence in the UAE. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. A proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions. Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
