<p>To plan, organize and manage daily maintenance and repair of customers’ vehicles, ensuring high quality of workmanship which meets the set standard of manufacturers and customers’ satisfaction</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><p><strong>Functional Roles and Responsibilities </strong></p><br><ul><li>Allocate the jobs based on the job cards received to the team to achieve maximum labor utilization</li><li>Control and monitor work in progress at shop floor to ensure staff efficiency and productivity so that the job is completed within the committed delivery time. Ensure technicians clock in and out correctly in the system. Ensure repair order write up of technicians are as per manufacture’s audit requirements <br>Upgrade technical knowledge through web-based courses and classroom training. </li><li>Follow up on each repair and advise the technician about the schedule time and completion date to get team effort for delivery of the vehicle on time </li><li>Prepare the repair request for additional work, ensure repair order has been correctly transcribed and allocate the specialist technician to ensure excellent workmanship and quality repair, providing guidance on the repair method, parts supply and monitoring delays in repairs wherever necessary.</li><li>Arrange parts in case the vehicle is getting delayed due to Parts Not Available (PNA) in the counter, discuss with parts dept & the supervisor for further action, not limiting to recommendation of cannibalization from new vehicle depending upon urgency. <span>We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Reproductive Medicine Specialist to join a leading fertility and reproductive healthcare facility in the UAE.<br> The successful candidate will provide comprehensive fertility care, manage complex reproductive conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients seeking fertility and assisted reproductive services.<br> Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive fertility consultations and reproductive health assessments.<br> Diagnose and manage male and female infertility and reproductive disorders.<br> Develop individualized treatment plans based on medical history, investigations, and patient requirements.<br> Manage assisted reproductive treatments including IVF, ICSI, IUI, and ovulation induction where applicable.<br> Perform follicular monitoring and manage ovarian stimulation protocols.<br> Perform oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer procedures where appropriately qualified.<br> Evaluate and manage complex infertility cases, recurrent implantation failure, and recurrent pregnancy loss.<br> Provide preconception counseling and fertility preservation advice.<br> Manage reproductive endocrine disorders affecting fertility.<br> Counsel patients and couples regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.<br> Work closely with embryologists, fertility nurses, sonographers, and other members of the fertility team.<br> Coordinate with urologists, andrologists, geneticists, and other specialists when required.<br> Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.<br> Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).<br> Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, fertility center policies, ethical standards, and patient safety requirements.<br> Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus Qualifications & Requirements MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.<br> MD / MS / DNB / MRCOG / FRCOG or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology .<br> Fellowship or advanced qualification in Reproductive Medicine / Reproductive Endocrinology / Assisted Reproductive Technology .<br> Valid or eligible DHA / DOH / MOHAP license.<br> Minimum 8–10 years of post-specialization experience , including significant Consultant-level experience.<br> Strong clinical experience in reproductive medicine and fertility management.<br> Proven experience in IVF and assisted reproductive technologies.<br> Excellent clinical judgment, communication, counseling, and patient-management skills.<br> Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary fertility team.<br></span> </div>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead, Support, and supervise the electrical technical team to achieve specified targets effectively and allocate work to them properly, with strong technical management.</p></li><li><p>Guide the preparation of design the detailed engineering work.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for quality review to ensure the high quality and approval of engineering deliverables as per applicable specifications, codes and standards, client/consultant, and authority requirements (e.g. ADDC, DEWA, DCD, ADCD, FEWA, SEWA), and compliance with the appropriate procedures and workflow.</p></li><li><p>Technical Review& Audit, Supervision on behalf of head office to the assigned projects to identify, highlight, and solve technical issues with strong sense of responsibility and project management.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and Review BIM models</p></li><li><p>Study and review the Tender/IFC drawings/specification and raise RFI, if required.</p></li><li><p>Electrical Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all electrical services</p></li><li><p>Expert in Electrical calculations-load calculation, breaker sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop ( cable and bus bar), capacitor bank sizing, Lux level calculation and other related.</p></li><li><p>Technical Review of Method Statement for electrical services as requested.</p></li><li><p>Technical Review of Material Submittal for electrical services as requested.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge in DM Green building requirements.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support for site, procurement, commercial and other departments.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the preparation and review of technical solutions, which fully comply with all applicable design/client requirements, with design standards, codes of practice and good engineering principles to agreed time, cost and quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Maintain effective working relationships with other authorities/disciplines.</p></li><li><p>Supervise and evaluate the performance of engineers.</p></li><li><p>Inspect and audit the installation work on site when required.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate professionally with main contractor, specialist/suppliers, client and consultant on behalf of electrical lead, with perfect communication and management skills.</p></li><li><p>Support technical manager to improve the work quality and efficiency of the team.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering</p></li><li><p>10 Years' of relevant work experience in managing projects with a particular focus on Hotel & Resorts or High Rise developments.</p></li></ul>
