Role Summary<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Senior Practice Consultant to lead presales and solution consulting for our Security practice across the UAE, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, based in Dubai.<br><br>The role owns technical and commercial proposal development, vendor/OEM relationship management, and client-facing solutioning for enterprise, government, and BFSI accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, and OEM partners to drive solutions from qualification through to closure, while building deep account relationships across the region.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Lead end-to-end presales engagement for security and networking opportunities, from requirement intake and analysis to technical proposal, cost sheet, and submission. Design and present technical solutions spanning next-generation firewalls, SASE/SD-WAN, endpoint and cloud security, WAF, email security, privileged access management (PAM), contract lifecycle management (CLM), and mobile device management (MDM), mapping customer requirements to vendor product lines. Coordinate with OEM/vendor partners (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, F5, Crowd Strike, Netskope, Imperva, Mimecast, Accops, Emudhra, Sectona) on pricing, deal registration, technical validation, and partner programs. Prepare and issue techno-commercial proposals, cost sheets (CS), bills of quantity, and statements of work (SOW), liaising with professional services and delivery teams on implementation/AMC charges. Manage and grow relationships with enterprise, government, and BFSI customers (e.g., banking, transport/rail, aviation, retail, healthcare, and real estate sectors) through client meetings, account visits, and ongoing solution consulting. Track and progress the security and networking opportunity funnel, participating in weekly sales/practice cadence calls and reporting on pipeline status and closures. Support contract renewals (e.g., WAF, CLM, PAM) by coordinating with OEMs and customers on commercial terms and timelines. Travel periodically within the UAE and to Saudi Arabia/Bahrain for client meetings, project discussions, and partner engagements. Maintain accurate presales documentation, opportunity records, and CRM requests in coordination with the sales and bid management teams.<br><br>Required Skills & Experience<br><br>5+ years of presales, solution consulting, or technical account management experience within an IT systems integrator, value-added reseller (VAR), or OEM, focused on cybersecurity. Strong working knowledge of firewall and network security platforms (Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, F5) and broader security technologies such as SASE, WAF, EDR/XDR, email security, PAM, CLM, and MDM. Proven ability to develop technical proposals, bills of materials, and commercial cost sheets in response to RFPs/RFQs, with strong attention to pricing, margin, and approval processes. Experience engaging directly with OEM/vendor partner ecosystems for pricing support, deal registration, and technical escalations. Established relationships with or experience selling into enterprise, government, BFSI, transport, or aviation sector accounts in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable interfacing with customers, OEM partners, and internal sales/delivery teams simultaneously. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent opportunities, tight submission deadlines, and cross-functional coordination. Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PSE, Cisco, F5) are an advantage.
