Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management
Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, networking systems, and endpoint devices.

Oversee backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, network administration, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT support.
Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects and multi-site environments.
Strong experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, or other multi-location organizations is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or similar virtualization technologies.
Strong networking experience including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VPNs, firewalls, and SD-WAN environments.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and operational governance.
