Maintain accurate technical documentation, system records, and infrastructure diagrams. Develop and maintain operational procedures and technical runbooks. Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability and service quality. Assist with infrastructure capacity planning and technology lifecycle management. Ensure infrastructure services follow internal policies, security standards, and operational procedures. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, IT services, or IT operations. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching concepts. Experience supporting servers, virtualization platforms, and enterprise infrastructure. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID. Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms is an advantage. Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and business continuity. Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and IT service-management tools. Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, patching, endpoint protection, and system hardening. Experience using ITSM or ticketing platforms. Basic scripting knowledge using Power Shell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
