Partner with internal teams to align procurement and resource planning.</span></li><li><span>Oversee the delivery of operational performance reports related to CCT activities. Analyse trends and insights provided by the team to support strategic planning and inform decision-making at senior levels.</span></li><li><span>Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Represent CCT in audits, events, and cross-functional initiatives to support organisational goals.</span></li></ul>Qualification<p><strong><span>To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:<br></span></strong></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Completed Degree or Honors (12+3 equivalent) in Business Administration, Hospitality, and/or a related discipline or relevant field of study. </span></li><li><span>10+ years of experience in In-Flight Service / In-flight Administration or business operations in a service industry or a global leading airline.
