Supervise the Settlement /approval claims as per prescribed/designated financial authorities; ensure approved reserves are established/maintained for reported claims as per agreed procedures and review of claims is taken up periodically. Seek guidance from Manager on appointment of loss adjusters from time to time and deal/discuss with them matters of importance. Supervise and ensure that all Department relevant cash calls from reinsures are duly followed and funds are received in time. Supervise sale of salvage and third party recoveries.<br>Customer Satisfaction:Ensures to meet the customer service standards and address all claim related queries and increase the customer satisfaction.<br>Rejection of Claims:Claims that are invalid to be referred to Manager- Commercial claims.
