Global Business Membership Acquisition Develop and execute strategies to recruit international corporate members. Identify and engage SMEs, startups, family offices, investors, corporations, and entrepreneurs seeking expansion into Singapore and ASEAN. Build a robust sales pipeline through referrals, strategic partnerships, trade missions, embassies, chambers of commerce, and business associations. Present the organization's membership programs and business expansion services to prospective members. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership and revenue targets.<br>2. International Business Expansion & Advisory Serve as the primary business advisor for international members by providing strategic guidance and coordinating solutions that support successful market entry and sustainable growth in Singapore.<br>Key areas of support include:Company incorporation and business entity setup. Business licensing and regulatory guidance. Employment Pass, Entre Pass, and other work pass application support. Talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Sales strategy development and market penetration planning. Business development and partnership opportunities. Strategic networking with industry leaders, investors, government agencies, and business communities. Branding, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies. Business matching and distribution channel development. Investment readiness and capital-raising opportunities. Regional expansion into ASEAN and international markets.<br>Work closely with internal teams and external professional partners to ensure members receive seamless, end-to-end business support throughout their expansion journey.<br>3. Member Success & Relationship Management Build trusted relationships with business owners and senior executives. Understand each member's business objectives and recommend tailored growth strategies. Ensure members maximize the value of their membership through access to business advisory, networking, strategic partnerships, and expansion opportunities. Drive long-term member engagement, satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.<br>4. Strategic Partnerships Develop and maintain partnerships with:Government agencies Chambers of Commerce Trade Associations Professional service firms Universities Accelerators and incubators Investment networks Corporate partners International business councils Leverage these partnerships to create business opportunities and value-added services for members.<br>5. Marketing & Business Development Represent the organization at international conferences, business forums, roadshows, and trade exhibitions. Conduct business presentations, webinars, and networking sessions. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified international leads. Promote Singapore as a premier destination for business expansion and investment.<br>6. Sales Performance & Reporting Manage the complete membership acquisition cycle from prospecting to onboarding. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. Track business development activities and membership performance. Prepare monthly management reports and market intelligence updates. Recommend new initiatives to strengthen membership growth and international market penetration.<br>Requirements<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Management, or a related field. MBA or professional business qualifications are advantageous. Years of experience in international business development, corporate sales, membership sales, business consulting, or market expansion. Demonstrated success in acquiring corporate clients or business memberships. Strong understanding of Singapore's business ecosystem, regulatory environment, and international market expansion. Excellent business development and consultative sales skills. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Outstanding networking and relationship management abilities. Ability to engage C-suite executives, business owners, and international investors. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
