خارجها.</span></p><br><p><span><span>§</span></span><span>الاشراف على إعداد خطة الفعاليات والبرامج التفعيلية السنوية الخاصة بمجال الفنون الأدائية وجداولها، بما في ذلك ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والمخرجات المتوقعة منها والعمل على تصميم وتنفيذ ومتابعة أداء جميع الفعاليات والبرامج التفعيلية وذلك بالتنسيق مع الوحدات التنظيمية ذات العلاقة.</span></p><br><p><span><span>§</span></span><span>تصميم منهجية لقياس أثر وفعالية البرامج التفعيلية بالتنسيق مع الوحدات التنظيمية ذات العلاقة والعمل على تطبيقها ومتابعة تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المحددة، ورفع التقارير بشأنها.</span></p><br><p><span><span>§</span></span><span>تقديم الدعم والتوجيه والخبرات الفنية في كافة الأمور المتعلقة بالمعارض الدائمة والمؤقتة الخاصة بقطاع الفنون والتصميم والآداب والتخطيط التفسيري.</span></p><br><p><span><span>§</span></span><span>تطوير خطط وجداول لإقامة المعارض المؤقتة وتحديث المعارض في كافة مواقع قطاع الفنون والتصميم والآداب بناء على الخطط الإستراتيجية والموارد المتوفرة، ومتابعة تنفيذها ورفع التقارير المطلوبة حول أدائها.</span></p><br><p><span><span>§</span></span><span>تحديد وتقييم فرق بناء المعارض الخارجية وتقديم توصيات الشراء.</span></p><br><p><span><span>§</span></span><span>الاشراف على تسجيل وتوثيق كافة المقتنيات الحالية والمستقبلية في الادارة.</span></p><br><p><span><span>§</span></span><span>العمل مع مزودي الخدمة وكافة الشركاء والوحدات التنظيمية ذات العلاقة لتطوير تصميمات للمعارض بحسب المواضيع والمحتوى ضمن إرشادات العلامة التجارية للهيئة والتوصيات التفسيرية.</span></p><br><p><span><span>§</span></span><span>العمل مع الوحدات التنظيمية ذات العلاقة وتطوير ومتابعة تنفيذ البرامج التفسيرية المرتبطة بالمعارض المؤقتة والدائمة في كافة مواقع قطاع الفنون والتصميم والآداب.</span></p><br><p><span><span>§</span></span><span>المساهمة وتقديم الدعم والعمل على الملفات ذات العلاقة ضمن أجندة الابتكار والتميز المؤسسي وغيرها من الملفات المؤسسية الممكنة لتحقيق الخطة الإستراتيجية.</span></p><br><p><span><span>§</span></span><span>الالتزام بتطبيق سياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات، والحفاظ على سرية البيانات، وإبلاغ ضابط أمن المعلومات عن أي تجاوزات أو اختراقات للسياسات المعتمدة.</span></p><br><p><span><span>§</span></span><span>الالتزام بإجراءات وسياسة وتعليمات السلامة والصحة المهنية وسياسة نظام إدارة البيئة المطبقة في
