<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ol><li><p>Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:</p><ul><li><p>Windows Operating Systems</p></li><li><p>MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)</p></li><li><p>LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity</p></li><li><p>Printers and peripheral devices</p></li><li><p>Software installations and upgrades</p></li><li><p>PC relocation and workstation setup</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Manage and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and accessories.</p></li><li><p>Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance activities.</p></li><li><p>Support end-users through phone, email, and onsite visits.</p></li><li><p>Assist with IT infrastructure projects and implementation activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.</p></li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>3–5 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk roles.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</p></li><li><p>Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.).</p></li><li><p>MCSE, MCSA, or CCNA certification will be an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent customer service orientation and teamwork skills.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (written and spoken).</p></li></ul><p><strong>Mandatory Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p> Valid UAE Driving License</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel across SIBCA offices and facilities in Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah, and UAQ</p></li><li><p>Own vehicle preferred</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
