The role supports day-to-day hospital operations, including EMR systems, medical devices, and end-user computing.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Provide onsite IT support to clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and uninterrupted system availability. Support and troubleshoot Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferably Cerner, and other healthcare applications to maintain efficient clinical workflows. Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade end-user devices, including workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, and scanners. Assist with integrated medical devices and healthcare technology systems, coordinating with vendors and application teams to resolve issues. Perform basic network and infrastructure support, including connectivity, Wi-Fi, and access-related troubleshooting. Support IT projects, facility expansions, system rollouts, user training, and go-live activities to drive successful technology adoption.
