<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p><span><span>The incumbent in the position is responsible to meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and to direct all efforts to</span><span>achieve pre-determined revenue targets while maintaining appropriate sales programmes and handling multi-faceted projects.&nbsp;</span></span></p><br><p><span><span><strong><u>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</u></strong></span></span></p><br><ul><li><p><span><span>To develop in conjunction with Associate/Director of Sales a structured, timely, achievable personal business plan and </span><span>maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel.</span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>To have a good understanding of contribution margins for each product results and work with respective heads of departments to maximize Operating results.</span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>To a</span><span>chieve targets in terms of number of new active Accounts, Room Nights, Banquet Covers and Revenue as set by the Associate/Director of Sales.</span></span></p><br></li><li><span>Conduct comprehensive competitor research and continuously monitor local, regional, and international market trends to ensure the hotel's sales strategies, positioning, and offerings remain competitive and market-leading, while maintaining expert knowledge of all hotel products and services.</span><br></li><li><span><span>To pre-qualify and target prospects, utilizing hotel database and to develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.</span></span><br></li><li><span><span>To continuously add and update the perpetual database of local group, catering and conference leads and ensure implementation of an efficient and targeted acquisition program.</span></span><br></li><li>To collaborate closely with Revenue Management to optimize business mix, pricing opportunities, and overall resort profitability.<br></li><li>To conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, identifying opportunities for account retention, growth, and long-term partnership development.<br></li></ul><br><b>Qualifications:</b><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment, preferably within the UAE market.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business across various segments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of account management, business development, contract negotiation, and sales planning.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and revenue-driven sales strategies.</li><li>Proficiency in hotel sales systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul><br> </div>

Equipment Superintendent :- <br>Responsibilities:-Jobs at this level will be involved in setting, supervising and carrying out activities associated with construction functions, ensuring that necessary resources are available and that work is completed on schedule and to required safety and quality standards These jobs could be located on projects within the Operations function Plan, organise and prioritise the multidiscipline activities of subordinates involved in construction activities Ensure the implementation of the most cost effective construction approaches and strict compliance with approved safety procedures, craft standards and timely completion Co-ordinate the activities of the various disciplines and those of other departments to ensure continuity of work programmes and avoid conflicting activity schedules Approve daily, weekly and monthly work plans for day and night shifts and supervises the allocation of duties and monitoring of performance to ensure deadlines are met and that completed work meets set standards. Prepare reports on work undertaken for consideration by Engineers Participate in meetings on project requirements and proposes support facilities to meet project schedules Ensure all tools, consumables and documentation for project construction are available and that adequate replenishment levels are maintained Co-ordinate demobilisation activities at remote project sites that have no out-posted engineer. Ensure cost effective redeployment of manpower and construction equipment Receive input from Foremen and develop comprehensive data, including recommendations, for inclusion in the project estimation process<br>Qualifications Secondary School Certificate with a discipline-specific Technical qualification, or equivalent Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry
