Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in Oil & Gas and energy-related process engineering projects. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client investment plans to anticipate opportunities and risks. Client & Partner Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, licensors, technology providers, and strategic partners. Act as the main commercial interface with clients during early project development stages. Represent Novargi in meetings, conferences, industry events, and networking forums within the region. Commercial & Proposal Management Lead the preparation and coordination of commercial proposals, pre-qualifications, and bids in collaboration with engineering, project management, and corporate teams. Support contract negotiations in coordination with senior management and legal teams. Ensure proposals are aligned with technical capabilities, commercial targets, and risk management guidelines. Internal Coordination & Reporting Work closely with engineering, operations, and project execution teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to project delivery. Coordinate with headquarters to align regional opportunities, forecasts, and strategic priorities. Prepare regular reports on pipeline, sales performance, and market outlook for senior management.<br>Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar). A Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus. Minimum 12–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within the Oil & Gas or energy engineering sector. Proven experience in EPF / EPC project development and engineering services sales. Strong network within the Oil & Gas, energy, and industrial sectors. Solid understanding of project life cycles, from early development to execution. Fluent in English Arabic is a plus.<br>Skills & Competencies Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
