Join us.<br> <br>Job Description<br> Lead the delivery of assigned project packages, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality targets. Supervise and manage contractors to ensure works are executed as per specifications, drawings, and project milestones. Direct, coordinate, and monitor the supervision team in conducting daily inspections of construction activities. Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and promote a safety-first culture across all site operations. Resolve site-related issues promptly, providing sound engineering judgment and ensuring proper documentation. Represent AECOM in all Client, Contractor, and Authority meetings, maintaining professional communication and reporting standards. Review and endorse contractors’ technical submittals, method statements, material approvals, and construction drawings. Oversee and monitor progress reporting, schedule updates, and cost control to ensure alignment with project goals. Negotiate and manage scope variations, claims, and change requests in coordination with the Client and Contractor. Prepare and implement the Project Execution Plan, HSE Plan, and Quality Control Plan for the assigned package. Full knowledge of methods of excavation and backfilling as per RTA standards. Safety requirements as per DM and RTA standards. Asphalt Tiles reinstatement as per RTA standards. NDRC methods Valid UAE Driving License. <br>Additional Information<br> The Resident Engineer must have full knowledge of the existing sewerage networks in the Emirates of Dubai.
