The R&D Talent Identification Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating talent identification initiatives—such as competitions and festivals—within the TAT program. This role ensures that all initiatives support ATRC’s vision, foster innovation, and build strong partnerships with key education and government stakeholders.<br>Key Responsibilities <br>Initiative Design & Execution Lead full-cycle project management for talent competitions and festivals, from ideation and planning to delivery and post-event evaluation.
