Initial Training & Induction: Ras Al Khaimah, UAEWe are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial General Manager to take full responsibility for the setup, commissioning and operation of a new transformer insulation manufacturing facility. This is a greenfield leadership role. The selected GM will be expected to build the factory organization from the ground up, recruit and develop his/her own core team, establish systems and processes, and take full ownership of operational performance.
