Context
<br><p>This major rail project requires a senior level professional with a successful track record of construction contract negotiations and claim management. Under the direction of the Package Manager (and working alongside the other Contract Administrators), the main duties will include managing and overseeing; reviewing and recommending revisions to and approving all required contractual documentation; review contractual terms and conditions for compliance with prescribed procurement requirements; conducting fee negotiations and drafting and revising policies and operating guidelines as necessary. The chosen candidate will have proven experience and achievement in the contractual aspects of large complex projects. Missions/Main Duties

This includes ownership of SLA compliance, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and innovation, while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and safety.<br><br>Accountabilities<br><br>• Strategy & Planning: Develop and deliver the Guest Transportation strategy, driving cost efficiency, service innovation, and alignment with business objectives<br><br>• Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee end-to-end chauffeur and shuttle operations, ensuring consistent delivery of SOPs, SLAs, and service standards<br><br>• Vendor Management: Manage the full vendor lifecycle including selection, contracting, performance monitoring, and compliance<br><br>• Guest Experience: Ensure a seamless, premium guest journey by maintaining high standards of service quality, punctuality, and customer care<br><br>• Safety & Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety, regulatory, and risk management frameworks, including incident and emergency handling<br><br>• Financial Management: Own budget accountability, cost control, and identification of financial optimization opportunities<br><br>• Data & Performance: Drive reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking to support data-led decision making and continuous improvement<br><br>• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrated and efficient service delivery<br><br>• People Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, engagement, and operational excellence<br><br>• Manage process redesigns to facilitate improved delivery through agile projects, programs and innovative tools.<br><br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Education & Experience<br><br>• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.<br><br>• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in transportation, aviation ground services, mobility, or related operations<br><br>• Minimum 5 years in a management role overseeing operations and vendor ecosystems<br><br>• Strong experience in vendor management, service delivery, and budget control<br><br>• Experience of Aviation sector is preferred or premium service environments is preferred.<br><br><br><br>Additional Information<br><br>Etihad Airways is more than the UAE’s national airline - we’re shaping the future of global aviation.
