PRIMARY PURPOSETo specialize in the resale (secondary) real estate market by sourcing quality listings, managing relationships with landlords and property owners, and facilitating successful transactions between buyers and sellers. The Resale Agent is expected to be fully knowledgeable in using online property portals and must be skilled in negotiation and deal closure.<br>RESPONSIBILITIESSource and list quality secondary market properties through direct landlord contact, referrals, and networking Build and maintain a strong portfolio of property listings by developing long-term relationships with property owners.
