As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality designs that aligns with Jacobs values of safety, sustainability, innovation, and excellence. </p><br><br><p>Responsibilities:</p><br><br><ul><li>Collaborate with architects and engineers on ongoing projects, contributing to design development, site visits, and documentation.</li><li>Assist with preparation of the Project Management Plan and monitor delivery of our services to these documents.</li><li>Assist Procurement team in relation to procurement of Sub-Consultants.</li><li>Direct engagement with technical teams to monitor delivery as per contracted deliverables.</li><li>Work closely with Project Manager and Design Manager to monitor subconsultant deliverables as per agreed timelines and quality requirements.</li><li>Have a good understanding of the contracted items that impact the design delivery of the project and keep the teams aligned to these requirements. </li><li>Ensure that the Design Team are provided with regular budget updates.</li><li>Complete supplier performance assessments to feedback good and bad services from suppliers and ensure ethics compliance for business partners.</li><li>Work shoulder to shoulder with Project Manager and assist with reporting Risks on a regular basis.</li></ul>
