Partners with content experts to design simulation-based education Designs, implements, monitors, and evaluates learning and assessment simulations to multidisciplinary teams Documents courses according to the standards of the CCAD-MSC & Facilitates debriefing sessions Maintains and updates course curricula Provides training, monitoring, and evaluation to faculty new to simulation-based education Assists in day-to-day operations of the Simulation Center - Applies current theory and research findings to simulation education -promotions a positive leanring and practice environment. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENTUses research to guide practice decisions, contributing to the development of lifelong learning of self and others.
