We are looking to hire an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional HCM Consultant This position will be responsible for providing support, enhancement and implementation services using the technology stack of Oracle Fusion Applications.<br>This role is based in Dubai, UAE, with one of the largest semi-government entities in the region.<br>This position will be on an annually renewable contract.<br>The role sits within the IT Department and reports directly to the Senior Manager.<br>We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant who is passionate about understanding and analyzing business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommending solutions based on the Oracle Fusion Architecture. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Risk Service Lead and other team members to implement and support risk solutions across Global Markets.
Analyze and resolve issues and change requests related to risk systems, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Contribute to the development and execution of a multi-year roadmap for risk technology enhancements.
Support automation initiatives and process improvements aimed at increasing team efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements such as EMIR Initial Margin, SA-CCR, FRTB, etc.
Assist in maintaining and enhancing KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Skills
Must have
The candidate should carry a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in a Bank or IT Company
7–10 years of experience in supporting and developing systems for risk teams within Global Markets.
5-7 years of Murex experience is a must.
Strong understanding of risk functions and systems including credit exposures, VaR, SIMM, FRTB, etc.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks impacting risk functions (e.g., EMIR, SA-CCR, FRTB).
Experience in implementing and supporting risk solutions in large financial institutions.
Solid knowledge of Global Markets products and front-to-back processes.
Good understanding of the financial markets, trading and banking solutions
Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to influence decision and make an impact
Candidate must display strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
Strong knowledge of the Global Markets products and practices, front-to-end: pricing, limit checks, booking, risk management, accounting generation, settlements, and confirmation generation
