<p><strong>Purpose of the Role</strong></p><br><p>To support the delivery of Property Operations, Maintenance & Energy Conservation (POMEC) in IHG’s Managed & Leased Hotels. This role will focus on assessing how POMEC is being delivered on existing & new hotels entering IHG’s system before developing a plan to align current ways of working with those necessary to deliver the targeted outcomes required.
